Program Overview

Introductory Operational Excellence

A Comprehensive Approach for Developing Emerging Leaders

The Introductory Operational Excellence (IOE) program is a targeted learning experience for team members seeking enhanced problem-solving, leadership understanding, and effective communication, who might not yet be ready for the COE program. With a genuine 70/20/10 learning approach, IOE provides a comprehensive framework for growth and development.

What to expect from Introductory Operational Excellence

Once participants join the IOE program, they kick off with an induction. They will then attend a two-day workshop equipped with a portfolio and template to support their progress.

Following the workshop, participants continue applying the concepts alongside their team, leader, and stakeholders, receiving guidance and support from their manager. Their experiences and accomplishments are documented in a portfolio, which is assessed by an experienced leader and coach. After eight weeks, participants gather for a valuable 3-hour debrief session to share their learnings. Successful completion of the portfolio leads to the well-deserved IOE digital badge.

Through this program, leaders and team members can expect to align their goals, take initiative, and effectively solve their own problems.

Trusted by

Let’s get your team beyond ‘awareness’ of the problems, and into applying a powerful solution.

With the right mindset, leaders can anticipate and prevent issues, ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction. We acknowledge that this journey requires discomfort, as it involves changing long-standing behaviours. Our supportive environment encourages experiential learning, allowing for mistakes and reflection to drive personal and organisational growth. Even when things go well, we encourage a practice of reflection to understand why something worked.
