Introductory Operational Excellence
A Comprehensive Approach for Developing Emerging Leaders
The Introductory Operational Excellence (IOE) program is a targeted learning experience for team members seeking enhanced problem-solving, leadership understanding, and effective communication, who might not yet be ready for the COE program. IOE provides a comprehensive framework for growth and development.
Core Operational Excellence
Core Operational Excellence is designed as a genuine 70/20/10 learning experience, where participants embark on a transformative journey of growth and development.
After an initial induction, participants attend a series of logically sequenced workshops, each lasting approximately one day and spaced 5-6 weeks apart. During these workshops, they receive comprehensive portfolios and templates to guide their learning and application of operational excellence principles.
Short Workshops & Masterclasses
Team buy-in takes time and persistence. To enable this, we’ve developed a suite of engaging, real-time short courses for you and your leaders, based on our award-winning Core Operational Excellence program. QBS are passionate about results and our half day workshops are rich with pragmatic frameworks that, together, we will apply to your business. Our one-hour masterclasses are another option for tasting the QBS difference.
Addressing the Root Cause of Leadership Challenges
We approach things a little differently, by developing your internal leaders. We help you achieve your business goals and reduce costs without causing peripheral damage to another business area, and without the reliance on external consultants.
Our programs use an ‘AND’ approach. In a world of jargon, idea reinvention, and soft skills development, QBS is your practical leadership development partner. Our focus is to sustainably build your leadership team’s operational acumen over a 9 month program by working on your business challenges in real-time.
Who Are Our Programs For?
Leaders or individual contributors at any level, in any function, in any industry. Past participants have included:
Sales, fulfilment, customer service, finance, risk, operations, IT, procurement and strategy.
Emerging leaders through to leaders with thousands of team members. The workplace application will be appropriately challenging for the participant’s role.
Diverse industries such as banking, financial services, technology, telecommunications, supply chain and retailing.
Participants will adapt the principles and practices to their specific role and industry. You will have significant flexibility in choosing where to focus the various workplace activities for optimum impact – solve real problems!
We offer targeted feedback and support, ensuring personalised growth.
Our learning experience goes beyond online webinars. Your leadership team will engage in real-time collaborative learning, continuous reflection and adjustment to achieve double loop learning, and benefit from the insights and experiences of others. Expect robust and rigorous feedback targeted at their specific level of development.
