Anita Cunningham founded Quality Business Services in 2004. She is an experienced business leader with extensive Lean Six Sigma project and training experience gained over many years in industry, including five years with General Electric (GE). This is further enhanced by her hands-on strategy consulting experience gained with a highly regarded international management consultancy firm. She has experience in numerous industry segments such as transport, telecommunications, oil and gas, manufacturing, financial services, mining.
Her qualifications include Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) certification from GE, Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Hons.), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Graduate AICD Company Directors Course (GAICD).
Quality Business Services utilise a team of skilled facilitators, coaches and consultants to deliver a great experience for our clients. All facilitators have many years of management and business improvement experience.
Jan has 25 years hands on experience in operations management, process reengineering, continuous improvement, management and leadership development and coaching. Prior to consulting, Jan held senior management roles in operational excellence, process improvement, risk management and supply chain management.
Over 20 years’ experience in business and operational excellence, process improvement, organisation design and leadership development and coaching. Prior to consulting, Jed held senior management roles in human resources, project management, operational excellence and sales force effectiveness.
Pete has over 25 years experience in consulting, coaching and facilitation in the field of operational excellence, process improvement. He has worked with blue chip companies in industries such as mining, manufacturing, banking and telecommunications. Prior to consulting, Peter held senior management roles in production and quality management, process improvement, training and engineering.
Jo has over 20 years of business management and improvement experience, working with mining, manufacturing, retail, banking and telecommunications companies. She has coached and guided senior leaders for many years. Prior to consulting, Jo held senior management roles in operational excellence, risk management and led large improvement teams.
Joe has been Practice Manager at Quality Business Services since 2004. He has extensive experience in the building and construction, logistics and transport industries. Joe provides the behind the scenes support to ensure our clients’ needs are consistently met.
QBS is not for your organisation if you seek solely online learning or lack interest in a tangible ROI. If attending face-to-face collaborative workshops is unaffordable, or your team cannot commit 4-5 hours per week to apply their learnings, it may not be the right fit. We believe in expert, independent coaches guiding your people, and our program covers all aspects of a leader’s role. If you’re not interested in a full qualification, externally developed programs, practical business language, or being challenged for real change, QBS may not align with your goals. We prioritise substance over jargon and buzzwords, aiming for transformative outcomes, not mere awareness.
